At the end of last year I submitted the above photograph of mine to the Evening Express. Out of hundreds, my photograph was one of ten picked from a photo competition with the Evening Express. My photograph will be used within Visit Aberdeenshire and Abzolutely Aberdeen’s upcoming campaigns and digital marketing.
The photograph was taken this time last year at the beautiful Glenshee. When I approached the snowy scene, I couldn’t believe the beauty – it was so quiet and peaceful and there wasn’t a sole in sight. I felt like I had walked into a Christmas movie set. It was mesmerising. There is nothing more beautiful than Aberdeen’s scenery with a fresh blanket of glistening snow.
