O Retro pretende ser um vinho exatamente como o nome sugere... um Dão moda antiga! Apesar de predominarem as castas mais comuns, existem também outras, em pequenas quantidades, algumas bastante raras. Antigamente os vinhos do Dão eram de lote na vinha, feitos em lagar com pisa a pé, ainda com o engaço e fermentavam muito lentamente com as leveduras indígenas. A intervenção do enólogo (que na altura não existia!) era mínima. Retro Dão apresenta-se como um vinho com bastante tipicidade.Este projeto criativo desenvolvido pela M&A Creative foi beber a sua inspiração precisamente na identidade da marca do produto e a seleção de cores, tipografia e acabamentos enaltecem este vinho original do Dão.
Retro aims to be a wine exactly as the name suggests ... an old fashioned Dão!Although the most common varieties predominate, there are also others, in small quantities, some very rare. In the past, Dão wines were blended in the vineyard, made in a press with foot treading, still with the stalk and fermented very slowly with indigenous yeasts. The winemaker's intervention (which did not exist at the time!) was minimal. Retro Dão presents itself as a very typical wine.This creative project developed by M&A Creative sought its inspiration precisely in the brand identity of the product and the selection of colors, typography and finishes enhance this original Dão wine.
