Adobe InDesign 20th Anniversary

I worked with Wayne Hoang, the product marketing manager for InDesign, to design a logo to celebrate 20 years of InDesign. The product identity was used to create T-shirts, banners, packaging, a wall decal, stage graphics, and a promo video.
Grid-based modular custom type design inspired by the golden ratio, master pages, baseline grid, the use of drop caps and type customization–the key concepts of InDesign.
We also designed a stylized version of a butterfly to reference the early InDesign packaging and the idea of facing pages in a spread. Both the lettering and the butterfly graphic were used in a promo video.
