The founders of the fast casual restaurant that would become Tail & Fin, in cooperation with executive chef and Nobu alum, Karu Wedhas, approached my team for a ground-up brand identity, positioning, and marketing strategy prior to their launch. We assisted them every step of the way from initial steps of naming, go-to-market plan, and design, to establishing social channels, PR, and media blitz leading up to their successful grand opening.
