Who are grip van?
Specialist technical company working to support photographic and video shoots, across advertising, documentary and editorial.
Gripvan was founded to provide an answer to the frustrations that plague many location shoots - the evening collections, the early morning returns, the rental van stuffed with kit.
After 20 years working his way through the industry and growing increasingly fed up with working from messy vans, Gripvan's Andrew Howe spent his nights dreaming of a vehicle with everything he could possibly need neatly stowed and readily available. This vision informed the design of the first Gripvans and continues to define the way we work.
We have taken this approach to problem solving and applied it across crewing, equipment sourcing and logistics.
Although we now provide much more in addition to our legendary grip packages, the principles of quality, ease of use and exemplary service hold true.
