You could say I'm a bit of a Pokémon fan... In my efforts to obtain a complete living 'dex, I came across a few phone apps that can help you track your progress. After going through a few apps and noting their respective design advantages and disadvantages, I came up with a project for myself.

Introducing: the unnamed Pokédex tracking app!

The app's design follows a pretty standard android look, with the top bar holding the screen title, and a lower menu bar for ease of use by a thumb. Each Pokémon has a small card which includes its number, its name, a picture, and a toggle that shows whether or not you've caught it.

I've been able to code the app into a somewhat working version, but by no means am I a professional app dev. The below video shows an animated preview of how I envision the app functioning.
