FitnessFest 2019 by AIA is an annual fitness festival that focuses on athleticism, celebrates healthy living and explores new skills and experiences. With over 10 arenas, the 12-hour fitathon allows like-minded athletes to discover new strengths and elevate their agility through various exciting activities, such as bouldering, aerial fitness, calisthenics and more. The festival welcomes beginners to kickstart their fitness journey with fitness celebrities and top professionals in mass workouts, including a line-up covering a range of captivating topics with talks, workshops and healthy cooking demons by leading coaches.
