Sustainable Recreation Zone
The Sustainable Recreation Zone aims at enhancing the experience of travelers at railway stations since it can be the best platform to reach out to maximum number of people belonging to different socio-economic groups.
The project includes an installation of a bicycle generator on the platform. Given the fact that the world is facing a dire need to switch to clean energy, the bicycle generator does not require any exhaustible energy to produce electricity. The machine uses the mechanical energy of humans to produce electrical energy to light the overhead bulbs. This bicycle does not emit any smoke or pollution. It is the most efficient and practical way of producing electricity. In a way, it is ‘Free Electricity’ as long as there is someone to peddle it.
