The Greatest Trick
This project is based off the prompt that we had to use a lyric or quote and aesthetically bring it to life through the typeface. I used this particular quote (Which happens to be from the movie, “The Usual Suspects”.) because I liked what it portrayed the devil to be, and how he so easily passes our thoughts. When creating this I decided to use a type that was going to look ancient or mystical, but also something that was harsh so that it would convey a uneasy feeling. I also decided to put the word “devil” in a circle with that similar coloring so that it looked like the devil was hiding in plain sight.
