We, in the Balkans tend to associate almost automatically coffee with the people of Turkey.

Looking for an item I noticed the traditional Turkish Fez (Fes in Romanian) in the form of a truncated cone which flipped will guide our mind to a cup of coffee.
Along with this unmistakable Turkish element, Turkish mustache is part of the image of this nation too.

Combining these two elements the graphic logo was born.

The name "Coffez" is easy to pronounce and remember regardless of language. Emphasise on "ff" from the middle cof-fez is visually symmetrical, which will lead us to Turkish Fez.
