The goal of my senior thesis was to compare the four most common modes of transportation (biking, walking, driving, and taking public transports) and determine which one was the most wrong to take.
I followed a same route for all four modes of transportation and graded each of them based on different factors, on a scale of 1 out of 100.
The different factors I used were:
> Time consumption
> Cost
> Carbon footprint
> Physical difficulty
> Mental effort
> Scenic variety
> Dependency
> People Interaction
> Wayfinding difficulty
> Effectiveness in an Emergency
