CENTRIO @ Pantai HillPark (SOHO/DUPLEX RESIDENCES) 

The concept echoes the product visually and figuratively. I recall my ECD at the time, Tan Yew Leong, querying me when he saw the idea. What does "Duplex your life mean?"

I felt it should be a line that "speaks" to the target audience. The client agreed.

POST - COMPLETION BRANDING EXERCISE

The client was pleased with the completed property and we were sure all the purchasers would be filled with pride when they received their keys.

This was more of a branding exercise for the YTL Land brand to showcase the client's vision and their ability to deliver.

The headline is a simple understatement: "As Seen In Brochure."
