Problem
It can get complicated to set up plans with a group of friends or family. Getting consensus on where and when to do things can take a lot of back and forth, and once something is planned it takes coordination, usually from one person to keep everyone informed about the details.
Objective
Design a tool for groups to easily plan and coordinate group events. The tool will consolidate the disparate processes involved in coordinating a group activity. It will act as a single source of truth for event information while facilitating constant transparent communication between the group members. The processes considered will include finding activities, discussing ideas, reaching consensus, scheduling, simplifying payments, and quick reference.
