HR Leaders in organizations across the globe can complete an online assessment (coming soon) to help them discover how closely their people and culture strategies align with industry best practices. When they've completed the online assessment, they will be rewarded with a badge that identifies their level of practice, ranging from Breaking Ground to Bridging the Gap. They will also have the opportunity to download a best practices guide tailored to their current level of practice.
