The task was to illustrate the stages of fasting (therapeutic interval starvation) for mobile application screens. Create a simplified icon for each step to be displayed on the home screen as a user status.
The solution
At different stages of fasting certain changes occur in the body. The illustrations should reveal the essence of each step and help users better understand the medical articles about fasting. To this end, we have given preference to colorful illustrations rather than stricter and scientific ones. In order to engage the audience emotionally, we decided to create a character that represents the user. In each illustration, he is directly involved in the healing of his body.
All illustrations are made in two versions — with male and female characters.
Icons and illustrations of the application should be bright and beautiful to motivate the user to share his status of fasting in social networks.
