Passepartout is a book illustrating five absurd yet fantastical ways to travel across the world. Passportout is the name of a fictional character in Jules Verne's novel 'Around The World In 80 Days'. He is the french valet who accompanies the protagonist as they attempt to circumnavigate the world in 80 days. His name also literally translates to "goes everywhere"/ To make it look like one continuous narrative I have used one character as the traveller. The visuals are an amalgamation of water colours and colourful cloth layered under cutout parts.
