A website and online designer tool, done for LifeArt international, a Sydney based manufacturer of designer coffins.
The caskets/coffins are made out of cardboard and therefore very environmental friendly. The company offers customised designs and a range of existing ones.
This is an Australian patent and development and the company is currently expanding world wide.
All sample designs on the website have been rendered using the 3D Render tools of Photoshop CS6 Extended. This only takes a couple of minutes thanks to being automated with a sets of actions.
The online design tool, which lets you design a casket and view changes on the 3D model in realtime, has been done in Flash CS6 Professional.
Using Flash I was able to turn this project around in about 10 weeks by a one person team (me ;-) and I did have to learn quite a bit of Action Script during that time.
