The Hateful Eight is a movie that consists of eight main characters. The number eight refers to the third word in the title and to the number of main characters. The red background and the droplets of blood inside the eight refer to the bloodshed and the violence in the movie, whereas the beige color used in some of the typography refers to the western cowboy setting of the movie.
