Lechner wristwatches 2019

In 2018 I got the opportunity to work with Lechner Watches on a new range.
The project was very inspiring and a lot of fun to do. My work didn't stop by finishing the CAD files.
I participated the manufacturing process as well.

Ödön Lechner was a Hungarian architect who created buildings in art noveau style. His buildings are famous for their ornaments and colorful rooftops. These watches are a bow to his creations. The dials of the watch recall the tiles of the Hungarian Institute of Geology and Geophysics. On the other hand we wanted to keep the design contemporary just like the previuos models of Lechner Watches.

DIALS
Hexa has a two, Hexa Chrono has a three layered dial. The first layer is black and it has the numbers in white. Chrono's 2nd layer is a colored hexagonal grid. The bottom layer is colored as well in both cases. This one has the Lechner logo in white and the small dial circles in the Chrono version.
