Cover design for WeAreHR magazine, no. 8
Theme: Courage in HR
We all have fears, but being able to stand courageous in front of the feared situations helps us up the evolution ladder. Being brave in business makes the difference. Being willing to take a chance on people with different skills, personalities, challenging the status-quo of employment makes the difference in HR.

Metaphor: The cover symbolizes this kind of courage in face of fear of change and doing things creatively and differently.
Inspiration: The Fearless Girl bronze sculpture by Kristen Visbal sitting in front of the Charging Bull.
I created a second illustration for this magazine, being the cover of the "We Are Updated" section. Still on the courage theme, I explored the Jonas and The Belly of the Whale metaphor - the person who outgrows their confinement a cozy comfort zone, and sets herself free, rising above.
