Expressive Words Project

The goal of this project was to express the meaning of a word visually using the letters of the word itself. I began by sketching out my ideas with pen and paper, and choosing the fonts I thought would fit each word best from the Photoshop font library and dafont.com. I then executed each design by adding images from the internet, shifting the placement of letters, and using the brush tool to draw certain aspects of the images. The theme of this group of designs is child-like and whimsical, as I wanted each image to look like it could be in a children's book.
