Background
Solidarity Healthshare is a non-profit foundation that was founded as an alternative to traditional health insurance. It’s simple, affordable, and ethical health care with lower costs that allows you and your family to get the care you need to stay healthy.
While working at Tiempo Development, I was assigned to support with the product design of the new members portal: an online web tool that allow members to consult their sharing activity, make payments, and interact with the community. Get product requirements and build a complete experience from scratch.
1.- Identify desired functionality
Account Information, Member Information ,Sharing Summary, Contact Us, Refer a friend, Documentation, Rewards, To do, Care Card, Telehealth, Messaging/Inbox, Solidarity Well, Video Podcasts, eLearning, Profile, Request a pray.
2.- Card Sorting sessions to support Architecture Information.
I assigned a post it to each functionality and made 5 sessions with a total of 20 users, with the objective of organize and categorize functionalities in a way makes sense for them.
These sessions were performed as guerrilla testing with no real end users, but possible users at the end.

I took this diagram and existing design guidelines as base to start wireframing main layout.
After having main layout approved by client and technical team, I worked on the hi fi design of screens assigned by priority.
I defined style guide on the road and deliver designs as demand. I also ensure heuristic validations and the product was executed as the design.
