City of Black Hawk Colorado, was in need of an awareness campaign to get new and old visitors to explore some of it's new amenities, unfortunately the Black Hawk character was inherited from a previous agency. So the hawk was utilized as the character of the enabler with this concept, planing to fazing him out in the new campaign. This concepts shows the many ways of how one can "Escape to Black Hawk" and how the hawk can make it happen. Along with out-of-home, digital, radio and events, a contest campaign ran in conjunction.
