THE CELESTIAL HUMPBACK WHALE
The humpback whale has always been a sacred animal in Polynesian culture. It inspired the many ancient tribes which populate these archipelagos. This contemplative video is an immersion in Polynesian culture, through its iconography and the ancient art of tattooing which was the memory of these peoples.
