A few months back, I was asked to illustrate a Korean textbook for college students from Bulgaria, Macedonia and Serbia, where the situations involved this international group of five young people who work and study in Seoul. The task wasn't very challenging so I decided to come up with this cute Macedonian girl, named Mila, just to keep myself excited about the project the whole time. However, when I sent her design for approval, the client asked me to beautify the Korean girl as well, so the latter doesn't feel "overshadowed". The images above are just a fraction of the whole set I had to create in less than two months. All illustrations were made entirely in Photoshop with a Wacom Intuos tablet.
