This second year client project was an individual project to design a co-working space in Liverpool for Hiscox's expanding Business Club premise. The project was in association with acoustic specialists; BuzziSpace and as such feature many of their office products along side bespoke co-working desks and furniture. The overall concept was that of wellbeing. This was achieved through the use of biophilic design and an agile working model. Components of this were the varying levels through the space, optimisation of natural light and natural materials and the inclusion of the natural world in the interior space. BuzziSpace acoustic solutions were used throughout to reduce the impact of ambient noise through the office. The office offers a range of opening plan working stations, hot desks, breakout spaces and both conference rooms and small private offices for up to 6 people.
