This is a visual and typographic approach to Reginald Rose’s 12 Angry Men. The book focuses on the fact that there are three sides to every story, your side, my side and the truth. The story is an interactive one so this is why I made the book  physically turn. As the jurors are beginning to be persuaded, the book begins to turn, like the table’s are turning.

The story is about a young boy who is accused of killing his father, if he is found guilty it is an automatic death sentence. Set in the 50’s New York, 12 jury men sit and deliberate about the case. The vote begins with a majority guilty verdict and shifts to a majority not guilty verdict. As the facts are revealed the viewer becomes the 13th jury member and he/ she decides if the boy is guilty or not from the facts that they have heard.
