Perched gracefully on a rocky slope in the enchanting island of Mallorca, stands a remarkable 500 m2 house, a testament to architectural ingenuity and creative design. Embracing the challenges presented by the urban limitations of the plot, our studio architects has tried to masterfully craft a dwelling that harmoniously blends with its surroundings while maximizing the interior space.

ABOUT
The key design principle of this house is the seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Horizontal and vertical interactions are artfully woven together through a series of porches and interior courtyards, blurring the boundaries between the man-made structure and the untamed beauty of Mallorca's landscape. These inviting spaces invite the occupants to bask in the warm Mediterranean breeze and immerse themselves in the island's natural splendor.

The external facade of the house stands as a defining element, showcasing a striking concrete structure that not only complements the rugged terrain but also establishes a rhythmic pattern of double-height columns ascending gracefully to meet the roof. This architectural poetry, a dance of strength and elegance, encapsulates the essence of the dwelling.

Approaching the residence along a meandering pathway from the street to the front door, one can't help but be enchanted by the natural beauty that surrounds the house. At the lower part of the property, a serene plunge pool entices residents and visitors alike, offering panoramic vistas of the Balearic Sea, as if the house were an unyielding witness to the meeting point of land and water.
