This is the latest project going up in Towson, MD, for Towson Univeristy, that we have been a part of. A brand new state of the art modern design that stands out from the rest. Fully furnished units, 2 courtyards, and other amenity spaces within the student housing project that the students will be able to enjoy. The students will also have a Whole Foods Market next door for easy access to food.

These renderings are helping the marketing team with filling units and getting the students excited about this new building. Also included we have been involved with creating an animation and virtual reality. 

Programs used to create the visualization include SketchUp, 3DS Max, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Corona Renderer, Revit and AutoCad.
