TU.1 VISUAL DESIGN » 視覺設計

There have some people are important but we always have no time to contact in our everyday life.

You don't need to make a newsletter, you don't have to call. Occasionally, there is a good morning, good night picture sent to them. It is a simple and warm greeting. That's why we design " TUTU Greeting ". Tu(圖) in Chinese is meaning image, photo... So TU-TU Greeting is a kind of Greeting photo exchange service.  It's simple to share. It's warm to interact.


每個人心中總有些人雖然平常沒空聯絡,但又想要默默的給予關心。不用打簡訊、不用打電話;偶爾有個早安、晚安圖寄給對方。既是簡單溫暖的一個問候。

這就是為什麼我們要設計「圖圖問候」,我們想創造一個簡單就可以分享的圖片,我們想創造溫暖的回饋。


TUTU Greeting is applied in LineBot service. Visual Concept is based on the Rhythm of Photo Exchanged. 

圖圖問候目前應用在LineBot服務上,因此在視覺設計是以交換的律動感再進行設計。


We visited the streets and seeking for the foundation of greetings. The cornerstone of greeting is Inspiration and curiosity.

我們走訪街道,尋找問候的根基,問候的靈魂來自於對符碼的詮釋認同,進而充滿好奇心。


There is the evolution of the word "TU"(圖). We use Fat Font to interpret the emotions of that exchange picture. 

你可以看到「圖」這個文字的變化,從結構、陰影最後到概念。
透過胖體字來詮釋圖片外溢的情感。


TU.2 INTERACTION DESIGN » 互動設計

Planning the interactive design of "TUTU Greetings" with three purposes

1. Help users quickly find a greeting photo that can reply.
2. The user's selection can help the service to recommend more accurate pictures.
3. The user's feedback can help optimize the image filter.

規劃「圖圖問候」的互動設計,其目的有三

1. 幫助使用者快速的找到可以應對的問候圖。
2. 使用者的選擇,可以幫助服務推薦更精準的圖片。
3. 使用者的標記,可以幫助優化圖像濾鏡。 


DESIGN OOBE (Out-of-Box Experience)

What is OOBE?
Out-of-box experience (OOBE) is the experience a consumer (or user) has when preparing to first use a new product.

We used two ways to curate out the boxing experience.
1. Gamification (Crescendo Expression).
2. Intuitive classification (Instant and quick reply).

什麼是開箱體驗?
開箱體驗 是消費者(或使用者)在準備首次使用新產品時的體驗。

我們用了兩種方式來鋪陳開箱體驗。
1. 遊戲化的鋪陳(慢慢揭露)。
2. 直觀分類。

DESIGN RICH MENU

Through the Rich Menu, we put the quick-link of the main functions on top, so that users can interact directly without thinking about what to do.

What is RICH MENU?
The rich menu is a customizable menu that is displayed on the chat screen to help users interact with your LINE official account. You can customize the menu items to correspond to various actions.

The RICH MENU focuses on three functions: upload photo, random photo, and homemade photo.

我們透過功能選單,把主要功能的捷徑放在上面,讓使用者可以不用在思考要做什麼動作就可以直接互動。

什麼是「功能選單」
功能選單是一個可自定義的選單,顯示在聊天視窗上,幫助用戶與LineBot進行互動。您可以自定義選單項目以對應各種操作。

在設計功能選單的時候,聚焦在互動的功能面,並且詮釋主要的三個功能:照片心意圖、擲筊心意圖以及自製心意圖。


TU.3 verify&SURVEY » 驗證與調查


Research Method and Tools | 研究方法與工具

The Research Method base on "Digital anthropology". We collect the woven data behind the user's behavior.

Verify the process of our experiments through the three tools “SurveyCake”, “Line Official Account Management System” and “Event Tracking”.

"SurveyCake" mainly helps us understand the user's imagination and intention. "Line Official Account Management System" and "Event Tracking" help us know the user's real behavior.


研究的方法我們採用「數位人誌學」,透過「SurveyCake」、「Line官方帳號管理後台」以及「事件追蹤」三項工具來驗證我們實驗的過程。

「SurveyCake 」主要幫助我們了解使用者的想像與意圖,「Line官方帳號管理後台」以及「事件追蹤」幫助我們知道使用者的真實行為。
