The Project was a solemn effort by a team of truly inspiring souls converging to revive the Chandamangalam Weaver’s society, the victims of The Kerala floods 2019. The organisation named ONEZEOREIGHT (108 days after the floods) decided to strive towards the revival of a few shattered hearts who believed to have lost everything that they earned throughout their lifetime. These scarfs were hand woven by the weavers of Chendamangalam, and were displayed at the Biennale 2k19 stalls as a symbol of pride and priceless efforts of craftsmanship.
