Fire & Silver is the name of a short movie by Afonso Nunes.

Ignis is a happy and redhead girl who lives in a village without time, where night it’s eternal. In this village the day it’s something unknown, but that doesn’t bother the villagers. In fact, there are few things that bother. They are frowning, downcast and without much interest for nothing in particular. Ignis stands out in this place by her energetic personality and by the smile that she has always in her face. Without knowing how she got there or who her family is, she grew up alone in that place. Never identified herself with anyone in the old village and, as such, she found her own way to escape from their sullen residents and from that dull and gloomy ambient. The top of the hill at the base of which lies the village is the refuge of Ignis.

Here, the girl can unburden
with her only friends, the sky,
the stars and the moon,
her greatest confidant.

One day, on the way to her retreat place, Ignis meets a mysterious boy to which, over time, she will become attached. This boy called Argentum knows her better than anyone. Revealing himself to be more than appears, ending up making a proposal that will change her life and the village life forever.
