In early 2015, I was ask to create a streaming application for SundanceTV on mobile / tablet . I worked with a team of developers and a project manager to deliver a beta version. The time frame was a bit tight, so we had to use some existing templates we'd created for another internal project.
These templates had to be heavily modified, but gave us a good base to work from. This helped us deliver designs on time. Ultimately we ended up delivering the final product a bit past our deadline, but overall it was a solid experience and the whole team seemed to have learned a lot.
