For 2019’s Raya, Valiram launched a catalogue with selected products for the season. In order to encourage more customers to buy from our stores, we also launched a draw of RM5.000 that all consumers who spent RM500 or above would be eligible to participate; for this to happen, they would have to scan the QR codes present at the selected Valiram stores, and finally complete the form with their purchase details.

In order to stand out from the competition and attract a younger audience, we decided to stay far from the traditional Raya look & feel. Opting instead to create a modern visual with a reminiscence of the 90’s, years that Valiram’s average consumers have their fondest Raya memories.
