After finishing the first poster (left) I decided it was too busy, and designed the second (middle), when happy with it I embossed & highlighted the text to make it match the shield.

After creating the vapor wave & the gradient, I chose text and began to layer color, pattern, and embossing styles over it.

This phrase used during the first couple of episodes made me laugh, so I made it the focal point of this "Stranger Things" style edit.
The one on the left displays the drop shadow more, but was a little too grey. The middle has an amazing color pattern on the dragon, but took too much attention away from the focal point. The right was my final decision as it incorporates the best of these features.

I really enjoyed elevating this photo I took to the next level by creating a glitchy effect around the face of my subject, as well as softening the background.

I really love this photo I took in the making of a class project, it has a certain amount of angst that was perfect for the glitch effect.

A movie poster based on the trilling exploration of space, most likely set during the Soviet/American race for space.
After creating the planet template, I added in an astronaut with flares I captures myself off of a sparkler. I then saturated the crap out of the whole poster.

This is the illustration from Challenge #2, minus the subtraction filter, which is used in a minimalist poster style as Rebel Alliance Recruitment Propaganda for the Lucas Films Star Wars franchise.

I added some eye color, to make it slightly more realistic, took out the background color, and found the rebel alliance symbol to create a propaganda style poster.

I choose to completely shade illustration and then throw the subtraction filter over, to create a modern Sci-fi vibe.

This concept is inspired by the Polaroid, and my goal was to create a realistic vintage effect.

The middle is my first attempt, I was going for the modern Polaroid which is more rectangular, but it wasn't really working for me. As advised on Discord, I chose the original Polaroid shape and de-saturated the photo.
