Problem Area : In an era of computer games people have lost interest in board games which are a part of India’s tradition. Board games and playing cards were a recreational activity that brought the family together. Another problem in India is the dying folk art forms.

Design Intervention : The solution designed was to revamp and redesign traditional board games and playing cards using Indian folk art as inspiration. This would serve to teach and familiarise children and adults with Indian folk art and understand the significance of each game. Another purpose of the project was to design compact packaging, that is easy to carry and store games.
