Brief: modernise, for users to find information easily, to work on mobile, add pdfs and forms.
Old site (on left below) was dated and confusing to find information.
A key component for the user experience was separating the Patient and the Visitor information out from the Hospital page.
And by creating a mega menu for Patients and grouping the information into sub categories the information was easier to find.
