The goal of the project was to create an interactive and attractive eLearning course for TelloTech employees to define actions to boost productivity levels in the call center environment.  The training would serve as the eLearning tool for TelloTech operators to improve their switchboard skills.

The above is the final video presentation that was assemble to showcase to TelloTech on why my potential training program would be the best to select from other competing contenders. Also, the execution of the presentation was to demonstrate the material learned from previous lessons/activities within an Instructional Design Corporate Training and Motivational Development course and from prior assignments.
