2010 - RH Experiences

The enormous succes driven by its corporate portal pushed Hoteles RH to launch their own online community aiming to provide their audience with a meeting point in the Internet to share their own experiences, photos and trip advices. This new section was rolled out as a major area inside the corporate protal and became a major success in terms of user-generated content.
Besides the content generated by their users, RH enforced a blog updated daily where hints and advice to visitors that provided interesting insights on what to do during their holidays in the different hotels run by the company.
Customers were allowed to provide feedback and advice on ideas of things to do during their holidays based on their own experience.
Photo sharing pages became a great success in terms of user-generated content.
Last but not least, users were offered the opportunity  to send their feedback about their holidays in our accomodations. The information provided was later on reviewed by the customer care staff and helped provide overall satisfaction scores computed on  real-time.
