Since the age of 6 I've had the pleasure of visiting Namibia almost every year. It never gets old to discover new beauty every time I visit. With my recent trip I wanted to really try and capture the different landscapes that are home to this mysterious piece of earth. For the most part my colour palette was inspired by the works of classic South African painter Jacobus Hendrik Pierneef.

I had one little snag on this trip and that was that on day 2 my wide angle lens called it a day so for the rest of my journey I was forced to shoot landscapes with my 70 - 200mm. A great lens non the less, but a tricky one when it comes to landscapes. I tried to adapt as best I could.

I hope you enjoy this journey.
