I was approached by the founder of Dragon Mask to help with one of their future product - a series of anti-pollution masks. The task involved designing a logo for the company and the full development of two types of products.

This involved a lot of testing, sketching, 3D printing, prototyping, trial and error...
But in the end both products were successfully launched and gained a huge popularity in Poland.
I designed 4 types of die-cut drawings for different sizes of the sport masks experimenting with different shapes
to achieve the most comfortable fit for the end user.
Additionally I made a number of technical drawing needed for the product documentation.
Developing the breathing valve was a long process. I experimented with different types of openings and shapes corresponding with the logo.
After testing a number of 3D printed prototypes, I prepared the final file for injection molding.
During the project I developed around 30 different patterns.
The Dragon Casual series of masks has been designed for children and people who need daily protection against air pollution and smog.
The patterns used in this line were corresponding with fashion and lifestyle trends.

Yeah...I did a lot of them....
This series was created primarily for physically active people. They needed a slightly different approach in terms of the pattern design. Each Mask was printed separately on neoprene and assembled by hand
The packaging design was also divided between two lines.
The casual masks were packed in eco-cardboard boxes and the sport mask boxes were enhanced with soft-touch foil. Both boxes contained a custom instruction manual.
