Below we have various covers designed for the ASU Grad Banquet Booklet. 

This design uses a lot of white space, and implements the ASU colors.

THis design highlights the Asian Student Union and uses more word and type rather than images.

This design cover is a little more abstract, the idea behind it was idea of small individuals coming together to become something bigger.

An inverted version of the the design above.

A design based off of the prior personal project.  This was the direction that was chosen and the other variants that follow are based off this design.

This variation has some shapes in the background to fill up the empty space and to connect the  design to the text and draws your eye from the top text to the bottom text.

This variation was based on breaking up all the red in the background to make the paper crane pop more than in other variations.

 

This design has a different version of the paper crane and focuses more on the Hollywood and "star studded" idea that was later asked to be implemented.

This final variant tried to to take a simpler approach to it's design.
