This is a typographic interpretation of the dance move ”Isolation” in the dancing genre of Jazz.

This task was a school assignment with a focus on movement. We got a dance instruction in the different dance styles.

I got my inspiration from musicals like Chicago, where the dance genre of jazz is popular. I was especially inspired by scene Cell Block Tango, where the use of shadows and silhouettes are dominated. Spotlights are also a certainty in this universe.

I worked with 3D in After Effects.
