In 2008, and after 2 years running my own agency, we were offered an exclusive contract as outsource IT dept by a french travel tour operator. We accepted and then we devoted all our work to this company.
The latter meant that we had to change our public image to reflect that were not available to accept any project while retaining the brand image and values we had succesfully built in the past.
