IBERICA signed a partnership agreement with my agency on 2008 so we became technology partners fully-dedicated to design, code and deploy their brand new reservations portal. I was in in charge of all the UX conception and interaction design, including the front-end/back-end integration based on a ASP.NET foundation.
The task entailed an entire year of brainstorming, proof of concept design, interface redesign and deployment of a state-of-the-art backend system, featuring a multi-provider availability APIs client framework. As a result, we delivered a site including advanced ecommerce features and a warm user experience.
