The FOSOA Project

A cuisine that is equally as eclectic as its abundantly rich culture, African cuisine has long been understated to say the very least. As the world looks for culinary inspiration and unique experiences to satisfy the 'experience economy' — African food is slowly being discovered and will soon be a global staple, on par with all the world cuisines.

In 2016, FOSOA took the leap to showcase African food in a much deserved positive light. With curated recipes carefully prepared to be accessible and fit in with everyday cooking, FOSOA is working tirelessly to inspire the curious foodie with 'A beautiful African food experience'.

"Within 2 weeks of launching, FOSOA was featured in the Sunday Times, Metro Eireann and garnered attention and interest from other reputable major media companies like Le Defi Media in Mauritius."
The medley of clarity, ease of navigation and intrigue, governs FOSOA's design language. The layout and grid system is intended to encourage exploration and discovery.
