Gen X Small Bathroom Design

Perspective Rendering [markers, colored pencils, and ink)
The design focuses on transforming a petite bathroom into a highly-functional, durable and beautiful area with lots of natural lighting, maximized built-in storage and adequate space to accommodate San Franciscan couple’s busy lives. Twin basin units and double-mirror cabinets allow the residents getting ready at the same time in the morning without waiting in line to brush their teeth or using the mirror. Customized wall-hung vanity cabinet and toilet keep the recycled tile floor open and give the illusion of space. Glass and mirrors add contrasting surface, bounce light around the room and draw attention to the mosaic pattern in the shower area. Bocci 14.3 pendant light reflects on a series of monochrome artworks behind the toilet create sophisticated, contemporary yet elegant touch. Organic palette with mossy green, chocolate bamboo cabinet and neutral wall paint enhance the flow with the backyard landscape’s view via the window and embrace nature in an urban house.
