UCSB TASA Night Market 2019

TASA Night Market 2019
The TASA Night Market is TASA's biggest event of the year. We celebrate Taiwanese culture by replicating Taiwanese night markets through Taiwanese food, games, and performances that are commonly seen throughout the streets of Taiwan. To celebrate and promote Asian culture, we also invite other cultural organizations on campus to sell food and perform with us.
We were able to receive over 800 Facebook responses and over 1,000 attendees at this year's Night Market.

Facebook Event Page
Facebook Event Page: The Facebook event page was our main form of communication with interested attendees. We provided a list of the food and games we prepared as well as the participating organizations and performing acts. To remind people of the event, we prepared countdown posts on the days leading up to the event.
Facebook Frame
Facebook Frame: TASA staff members updated Facebook profile pictures in the days leading up to the event to promote the Night Market to friends and family.
Night Market Stickers
Night Market Stickers: I designed 2 stickers to attract more attention towards our Night Market. These stickers were posted on Facebook's UCSB Free and For Sale Group and TASA's Instagram page to attract more Night Market attendees. Besides selling them at the actual Night Market, we gave free stickers to everyone who bought pre-sale tickets.
