Blood Mountain Shelter Appalachian Trail. Lumpkin, GA

Blood Mountain Shelter located in Lumpkin, Georgia. This one actually got its name from when the battle between Cherokee and Creek Indians fought so bad it supposedly ran with blood.

For this logo I did want to incorporate blood. But I used an Indian Mask. It is made for ceremonies like war rituals. I used that mask as my logo only because I felt like it fit best with with their rituals. I used the color black for the mask because it symoolizes victory and or success. And of course to represent the blood aspect by have it dripping off the face.
