Vanilla - First Octane Render Test

At the end of march 2013 the Octane Render Plugin for DAZ Studio was released.
To compare with the 3Delight version the same scene with Zbrush Fiber Hair was used as in the "Vanilla - Shattering Cyborgs" image.

For this first test no materials were edited and all the default settings of the Octane Render for Daz Studio plugin were used.

At a resolution of 1336x631 the image rendered in about 19 minutes with a Nvidia GTX 660 Ti.
At a resolution of 1920x1080 the image rendered in about 50 minutes.

Cyborg Shatter Effect created and rendered in AE Elements 3D.
Rendered in DAZ Studio with 3Delight.
Additional postproduction in Photoshop CS6.
